Community Manager

About the Role

Membership Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for member inquiries and support requests.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new members and assist with their first score.
  • Manage the annual rescoring process in a proactive and supportive manner. 
  • Arrange and host the quarterly member check-ins.

Event Co-Ordination

  • Assist in the planning and execution of PRIME events, including workshops, networking breakfasts, and special gatherings.
  • Coordinate logistics such as venue booking, catering arrangements, and guest invitations.

Communication

  • Manage communication channels such as email, WhatsApp, social media (in collaboration with our marketing team), and the Prime website, ensuring timely and engaging content.
  • Cultivate relationships with members and partners, fostering a sense of community and collaboration.
  • Share success stories, generate case studies from members and capture ideas for future workshops. 

Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative assistance to the PRIME team, including scheduling meetings, taking minutes and holding us to account on our task list.
  • Manage the Member information including the PRIME portal, maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality.
  • Manager Member billing and general PRIME bookkeeping. 
  • Assist with business development, contacting potential new members and maintain the CRM.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a professional or membership-based organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Proficient in software including Teams, Google docs, email etc.

The Role

  • Flexible hours equivalent to eight days a month on a £45,000 full time equivalent salary.
  • Flexible working, predominantly from home, with hot desks available in central London. 
  • Opportunity for the position to grow to a full-time role as the organisation grows.
